OUR PROJECTS
Linnridge Meadows Estates, Residential Subdivision
WES provide professional surveying and engineering services for the site development of a 59.83 acre parcel in Franklin Township, Licking County, Ohio. The subdivision included 11 lots and 2600 feet of new roadway. The services include boundary surveying, storm water management design, leach field and house placement design and construction plan preparation for all the improvements. WES designed 3 storm water control ponds within the development area. A final plat was developed for recording of the lots.
Fixari Family Dental Building
WES provide professional surveying and engineering services for the site development of a 7800 SF dental office site in Delaware Ohio. The building was placed on 3.04 acres and including an entrance road, parking lot, storm sewer system and water and sewer service to the building. WES provide an ALTA survey, topographic survey, and construction plans for the development.
Hebron Mini Storage
WES provide professional surveying and engineering services for the site development of a 3.35 acre parcel in the Village of Hebron, Licking County, Ohio. The development included 9 storage unit buildings with over 200 storage units. The services included, storm water management design, parking lot, and drive isle design. Construction plans were prepared for all the site improvements.
6215 Winchester Blvd Commercial Warehouse
WES provide professional surveying and engineering services for the site development of a 150000 SF commercial warehouse building in Canal Winchester Ohio. The building was placed on 10.77 acres and included entrance roads, parking lots, storm sewer system and water and sewer service to the building. WES designed the 1 acre storm control pond at the rear of the site. The warehouse included trucks along the rear of the building. The project was in a FEMA floodplain and WES provide the documentation and coordination with FEMA to remove the site from the floodplain and flood insurance requirements.
Heritage Ponds, Residential Subdivision
WES provide professional surveying and engineering services for the site development of a 25 acre parcel including 69 residential lots in The City of Circleville, Ohio. The services included the design of the streets, storm sewers, sanitary sewers and waterlines. The project was developed around a 5 acre park which includes walking paths and a footbridge over a stream.
